Privacy and your data

Tbilingo stores your sign-in details and course progress in Firebase. Administrators use this information to maintain courses and help with account problems. Google sign-in is optional; email and password are also available.

The Android waitlist stores your email for the launch notification. It is not displayed publicly. You can request removal through support. Notifications are handled by the operator.

Web usage analytics use Firebase Analytics and the website's analytics provider. Native usage events record the event name, course ID, account ID, time, screen, sign-in method and learning counts. Diagnostic reports include an operation, error code, platform and account ID; they exclude passwords, authentication tokens and message contents. Support can answer questions about data retention or arrange removal.

Settings in the learner app let you export your account and progress, submit a support or privacy request, and delete your account. Deletion removes Firebase Auth, profile, progress, support requests and account-linked telemetry. A deletion marker remains to stop old sessions recreating data. Recovery backups follow the operator's retention schedule and are not restored without replaying deletion markers.

Signing out clears the progress cache on this device. Previously exported files and other devices' offline caches cannot be remotely erased; reconnect those devices and sign out to clear them.
